LAMBDA hires new trainees every year. Applicants first take an aptitude test, and we get to know each other during the interview. By the way, the chances of being hired and securing a job after your training are very good!
Die Kombination aus theoretischem Wissen, strukturierten Einsätzen in allen kaufmännischen Abteilungen und der Möglichkeit, aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mitzuwirken, macht die Ausbildung hier zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Bei jedem meiner Einsätze in den verschiedenen Abteilungen wurde ich herzlich von allen Mitarbeitenden willkommen, unterstützt und ins Team integriert. All diese Aspekte ermöglichen es mir, mich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und neue Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Meine Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau bei LAMBDA ist mein Einstieg in die Berufswelt und eine bewusst gewählte Entscheidung für einen Ausbildungsbetrieb mit Zukunftsperspektive.
